TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings you make with us over the phone, via email, in-person or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Prices
    All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax). All prices are subject to availability.
  • Deposit
    Valid credit card details will be required to confirm your booking. Please note that your credit card details are taken as a guarantee of your booking. Most major credit cards are accepted.
  • Identification
    Upon arrival Guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.
  • Amendment and Cancellation Conditions
    Notice of amendments or cancellations must be provided in writing. We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges. Rescheduling will be subject to the Amendment and Cancellation Conditions.
  • Cancellations
    Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival (includes No Shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The full amount of your booking will be payable to The Brick Hotel. We strongly recommend all guests take out Travel Insurance that will cover guests in case they test positive for COVID-19 and need to amend or cancel, and therefore incur the above conditions.
  • Late Check-Out
    Late check-outs are available upon request. Please contact one of the team to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the accommodation is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.
  • No Party Policy
    For the benefit of all guests, The Brick Hotel has a strict no party policy. In the event that any guest is identified as having a party, the property reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the room to vacate the premises. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the room, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
  • Room Keys
    Guests are responsible for return room keys at the end of their stay.  Fees will apply for lost room keys.
  • Under 18’s Policy
    All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/responsible adult over the age of 18 years. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 years cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.
  • Special Requests
    We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however cannot guarantee.
  • Internet Access
    The Brick Hotel t offers free access to Wi-Fi internet in rooms and common areas. The Brick Hotel cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the Website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorised online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.
  • No-Shows / Failure to Cancel
    Each booking at The Brick Hotel is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge. If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, The Quilpie Brick both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever. They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.
  • Links to Third Parties
    The Brick Hotel does not control any Third Party website and is therefore not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. The Brick Hotel provides such links only as a convenience to you and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by The Brick Hotel of the linked website or any information contained in it.
  • Health
    You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.
  • Smoking
    All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Room Servicing
    Accommodation does not include daily service.
  • Pet Policy
    Service animals are welcome.
